After all the necessary papers and documents that meet the conditions in the process of getting Turkish citizenship are extracted, the applicant sends his personal file containing all his information to the Directorate of Immigration and signs all the conditions in order to get Turkish citizenship.

 

 

 

As an initial stage, the file submitted by the applicant or those wishing to get Turkish citizenship is initially checked by looking at the important papers in his file and checking if there are fulfilling all the conditions for the applicant that entitle him to get Turkish citizenship.

 

 

After the initial audit of the applicant’s file for Turkish citizenship, the specialists archive this file with the date and time, and then the extended audit process begins by specialists who have been working on this stage for many years, and this audit is done slowly until all the items and contents of the file are properly studied.

 

 

 

After the extended audit process is completed in full, notes are placed on the file if it is incomplete or meets all the conditions, and then the auditing competent authorities send this file to the authorities.

 

 

 

The competent authorities in the government studies this file in depth, and then the final decision is taken either negatively or positively, and either granting this person the Turkish citizenship is approved or rejected, and the reason for the refusal is found in the failure to meet all the conditions in the submitted file.

 

 

 

In this last stage, the directorate of the state in which the person submitted his application is informed of the final answer, and this decision is sent to the applicant through the competent Directorate in the state in which the applicant resides.

 

 

 

The Turkish government has put several conditions that the applicant for Turkish citizenship should meet, and these conditions have seen as some kind of facilities, uncomplicatedness and simplicity; these conditions are as follows:

-The residence period of an applicant for Turkish citizenship shall not be less than five continuous years without interruption in Turkey. This is one of the most important conditions that the applicant must meet in order to get Turkish citizenship in a safe and smooth manner.

-The applicant should be free of communicable, contagious and dangerous diseases, and he must prove this with reliable papers, examinations and analyzes from a well-known hospital or health center.

-The applicant should have the responsibility of holding Turkish citizenship and engaging with its people.

-Speaking the Turkish language well and no condition of professionalism. Those who apply for Turkish citizenship must speak the language, even a little, in order to be able to engage in Turkish society. This is also a prerequisite for ensuring living in Turkish society.

- Also, the applicant for Turkish citizenship must be free of legal provisions, whether in the state of Turkey or in his previous country, so as not to endanger national security in Turkey.

-The applicant must be of good moral character.

-The applicant must prove his desire to get Turkish citizenship in order to settle, live and integrate into Turkish society, and that is through one of these steps:

1. Buying or investing a property in Turkey, provided that the price of this property is not less than the price set in the conditions for getting Turkish citizenship.

2. That the applicant establish a business through which he can manage his expenses and secure the livelihood of his family.

3. The applicant for Turkish citizenship must get a work permit in Turkey.

4. Or to marry a Turkish citizen, thus guaranteeing the desire to live in Turkey and allowing him to get Turkish citizenship.

C - Getting a Turkish passport enables you to travel to many countries and makes the process of traveling to European or Asian countries possible and easy, especially with the large and multiple airports in Turkey.

D - Getting Turkish citizenship allows you to integrate into Turkish society and to raise your children in a correct and conservative manner, so that the Turkish society is characterized as conservative and not open to European customs and traditions, in which Islamic customs are widely spread, that allows investors or those coming from Arab countries to easily settle and live.
